  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or customization (e.g., innerwear, personalized products). These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Video of unpacking the product (to verify condition)

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

  3. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

3. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for:

    • An alternative product of equal value, or

    • A full refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Provide order details and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
